**In-Transit Time does not include our standard processing time of 3 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays. For anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to the “Shipping Table.”
Processing Time

Standard orders: 3 – 5 business days before shipping.

Wholesale orders: 7 – 10 business days before shipping.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay, you will be notified by email.
Delivery times for international packages vary by destination and may take up to 4 weeks from shipment to delivery.
International Shipping & Duties
Custom Blend Academy ships all international packages Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means customs fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are not included in your order and are the customer’s responsibility at the time of delivery.
If the customer refuses to pay these fees and the package is returned to Custom Blend Academy, we will not resend your package. Instead, a store credit will be issued for the subtotal of your order (shipping fees excluded).

Custom Blend Academy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including shortages of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of nature.
Refused Packages
A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for any refused shipment. This fee will be deducted from any refund or store credit.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS is required for all deliveries to P.O. Boxes and military addresses. Please note that we cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.
