At Custom Blend Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality education, training, and wholesale access to our students. Because enrollment secures your seat in the program and grants immediate access to proprietary materials, tools, and resources, all tuition, fees, and wholesale purchases are strictly non-refundable.

Key Terms:

1. No Refunds on Tuition or Fees

   • Once tuition is paid and enrollment is confirmed, payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, or failure to complete the program.

2. No Refunds on Wholesale Orders

   • All wholesale orders placed through Custom Blend Academy are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of verified damage or defect (see Wholesale Addendum for details).

3. Non-Transferable

   • Enrollment and payments are non-transferable to other individuals, future sessions, or other programs.

4. Chargebacks Prohibited

   • By enrolling, Student agrees not to initiate chargebacks or disputes through their bank, credit card provider, or payment processor. Attempting to do so constitutes a material breach of the Enrollment Agreement.

5. Program Commitment

   • Enrollment represents a commitment to the full program. Students acknowledge that it is their responsibility to attend, participate, and complete all aspects of the training.
